Capt. Jason has extensive navigational experience in the Caribbean and Mediterranean, with over 200+ charters during his time as a charter captain. He holds a Yachtmaster’s, over 45,000 nautical miles and 3 trans – Atlantic crossings; you can rest assured that you are in good hands. He grew up on the west coast of South Africa and is an avid sailor, surfer and free diver, with a love for fishing. He has a diverse set of interests, having studied at the Campus for Performing Arts prior to embarking on his yachting career, and plays classical piano and guitar. Jason is friendly, flexible and goes above and beyond to make your time aboard memorable.

Nataliia is from Ukraine and has always had a deep passion for both cooking and the sea, which ultimately led her to pursue a career as a chef aboard yachts. Given her desire to travel and experience the world while crafting exquisite food menus and fine dining presentations, it was only natural for her to enter the yachting industry in 2018.

Nataliia’s main interests include developing new recipes, exploring, trekking, reading, contemporary theatre as well as traveling and discovering local cultures, traditions, and cuisine. She is committed to using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients of the highest quality. Nataliia will design a bespoke and exciting menu plan tailored to your preferences.

With over six years of experience in yachting, CJ brings strong technical knowledge, a solid work ethic, and a positive, energetic approach to life onboard. He is dedicated to ensuring smooth operations, allowing guests to fully relax and enjoy their time on the water. Raised under the African sun, he has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and an adventurous spirit. He also holds a private pilot’s license, reflecting his passion for exploration. Outside of yachting, he enjoys a wide range of sports and is particularly enthusiastic about kite surfing.

Naturally friendly and easygoing, CJ contributes to a welcoming onboard environment. He enjoys assisting guests with water activities and being part of the moments that make each charter memorable. His proactive approach and dependable nature ensure guests feel confident, safe, and fully supported while making the most of their time onboard.

Zimbabwean-born and South African-raised, Sarah brings a genuine passion for travel and guest experience to life onboard. With four years of yachting experience, she is known for her attentive service, warm demeanor, and ability to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Gentle-natured and detail-oriented, she excels at adding thoughtful, personalised touches that enhance each guest’s stay. From crafting perfectly balanced sunset cocktails to curating themed dinners and preparing calm, inviting cabins, she takes pride in making every moment feel special.

In her time off, Sarah enjoys hiking coastal trails with her camera, running, reading, and practicing yoga. Her attentive approach ensures guests feel at ease from the moment they step onboard, enjoying a stay that is both comfortable and effortlessly well cared for.
